Today, I KOHO finally contacted me...by email. So I still haven't spoken with anyone from KOHO, which would have been more professional on thier part.

They wanted me to fill out a 'KOHO dispute form', attach all relevant info, including the RCMP file #.

I opened up my new KOHO bank and account on December 14, 2023. All was good and I was ready to deal only with KOHO for all my banking, and even referred friends and family.

Today am not so sure, someone has been taking money out of my account with a fake business name since January 19th, 2024 taking $659.95 in 5 different transactions on different days. I have already ordered a new bankcard and now I would like to go over this with someone from KOHO who can give me more direction and if I can get my money returned.

I have sent emails and left messages with KOHO, but they don't reply. Am worried now because I haven't paid my monthly bills yet...and my bank acct is at zero. I will be getting late charges for sure.

This is the third time now where a merchant has taken a certain amount of money out of my account and on the transaction it says ; Your payment has gone through, but the merchant hasn't collected the money yet so we've set the money aside in your account so it can't be used.

Merchants usually collect within a couple of days, but it can take longer. If you're expecting a refund for this transaction, this temporary charge should soon expire and the money will.

Im just confused as to where you are setting my money aside and I never get the refund. A few months back I tried to explain and I was basically running around in circles

With you guys blaming the merchants but it says koho set it aside so its very confusing.

Its resulted in me losing 150 dollars so far and Im starting to get really frustrated!! And I feel like Im just talking to a stupid bot

It took a long time for their "verification". Contacting their customer care number didn't offer any solutions, Managed to find their support email, which I got to contact them to verify, after the verification, tried to contact them, but it says remote serve error. Cant even log into my account!!! Please do not sign up for this!!!1

Someone took 600 out of my koho account. Without permission.i I think this card is not strict enough to use it. I didn't authorize it but they still take money out. I just want my money back and I been talking to a few people about but they told me to wait 7 or 10 days for funds to go back in account.

I think koho should actually have live agent that u can actually have a conversation with not just automated cause that problems would actually be fixed koho says the can't verify me with the exact same identification and also my fingerprint.but yet every time I do my figure print scan it unlock and opens the app so not sure what the problem is but now I am getting a lawyer cause I need my money out of that account
